           PERSONAL TRAINING ONE-ON-ONE

 

This is my one-on-one training. This takes place at the Firm Fitness Center in Marlton New Jersey, In your own home, or at any gym you currently train at that accepts outside trainers. 

 8-Week Body Transformation

ONLINE TRAINING BODY TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM

This program is geared towards someone looking to drastically change their physique in a 8-16 week period without a competition in mind. This program is perfect for the bride or bridesmaid, getting ready for the beach, or just looking to get in the best shape of your life. Every service included in this program is customized to each specific client and is proven to have you looking your best. The following services are provided:

 

  • Once a week physique assessment 

  • Customized workout plans personalized to what your changing needs will be 

  • Customized nutrition and supplement program

  • Customized diet from week to week
           COMPETITION PREP

 

This program is a more for the competitor that is getting ready for a contest. This is an intense program that should begin 12-16 weeks out, and recommended to be following a good structured off-season plan. Every service included in this program is customized to each specific client and is proven to bring you in your best. The following services are provided:

 

  • Once a week physique assessment 

  • Contest cycle workout plan personalized to what your changing needs will be as contest time approaches

  • Customized nutrition and supplement program

  • Customized diet from week to week
           2-WEEK PEAK WEEK PACKAGE

 

This package is designed to have you look your best for your show. I will work with you daily to access your needs to continue to improve up to the minute you step on stage. All things will be discussed and monitored such as carb depletion, carb up, water manipulation, salt and potassium manipulation, tanning, posing, and all supplements leading up to the minute you step on stage. 

12 WEEK WORKOUT PLAN

This program is geared towards someone looking to add some lean muscle mass to their physique. After your initial assessment, I will give you 12 weeks worth of workouts emailed to you in 3 seperate monthly emails. You will also have unlimited email access to ask questions thoughout this 12 weeks. This program is perfect for those just getting serious about training. Every service included in this program is customized to each specific client and is proven to have you building muscle as fast as possible.

1. Detailed Consultation

Assesses your current health and goals. Discuss your current fitness level to implement and develop timely fitness objectives.

 

2. Develop Your Program

Includes nutritional needs and recommended lifestyle changes to your current habits and to teach you the correct and optimal form for all exercises. I’ll help you reduce risk of injury and increase results.

 

3. Monitor and Motivate

I’ll monitor your progress against your agreed objectives and I’ll motivate and inspire you to push through your perceived limitations to help meet your objectives! I'll be there for you for any questions big or small, and to make sure you understand everything about your detailed personalized program. 

In the Online Body Transformation package I employ my 3-Step Process and monitor each week via check-ins to ensure your meeting all expectations and goals. Each and every week you will have a physique assessment and recieve your new meal plan, exercise routine, cardio program, and supplemental program, detailed and easy to follow. Basic Training Program

 

Initial start up program

This is a onetime program; many will start with this to ensure they are able to adhere to the diet and workout program before they commit to a more extensive program. This is an ideal selection and a perfect place to start for beginners with goals of weight loss and to adopt a healthier lifestyle in general. This program includes the following:

  • Customized written supplement and nutrition plan

  • Includes a onetime assessment of your physique, this may be done through pictures if you are not local

  • Written workout plan to fit your needs

 

 

Off season program

 

This program is geared more towards the established fitness competitor with down time between competitions. Perfect for those who want to make changes to their physique or achieve higher fitness goals. This program is personalized to your needs and goals, it includes the following services:

  • Full off season diet specific to your goals

  • Nutrition and supplement program

  • Training program guide to follow

  • Physique assessment (pictures) sent in every 10 days along with half hour phone consultation to follow

 

  • Most instruction and guidance will be provided through pictures, phone consultations and if you are local we may meet so I can assess your progress and possibly personal training if necessary.
