-The Best Tip I Can Give Anyone Looking To Improve Their Physique!

Everyday I talk to clients, friends, local gym goers, and athletes. The most common reason I see for them failing in their fitness goals is being unprepared. DON'T BRING A KNIFE TO A GUN FIGHT! This is a fight with yourself either your mind or your body will win. Don't think its just going to happen, if you've been doing the same thing for months and years and it isn't working CHANGE IT and TRY HARDER! To make changes to your body or mind you have to do things you may not want to do. But first and foremost before you step foot in a gym you better come packing lol. Packing-AKA (Cook and eat all your meals and shakes, make sure those meals are quality foods and enough to fuel your body for a tough workout, take vitamins and supplements, and don't think buying them and using them once a week is enough, be consistent with your food/supps/vitamins/water! Don't come unless your ready to battle because you will loose! Go to the grocery store, buy your supps and fuel your body to become an improved you! JUST DO IT!
