Remember the Basics!

I'm in the gym everyday and boy if I told you half the shit I see you'd smack yourself in the face!
So many people doing the craziest of exercises. Your body is a temple respect it and build it brick by brick! Build your physique with the basics and push yourself! When your doing an exercise think about where your feeling it...what is the goal of this exercise? Don't just lift wieght, use correct tension and feel what your doing.
If your running around the gym doing a circuit just throwing things around with improper form you mine as well just go do some cardio... Lift with a purpose, create tension, have goals for each exercise, and remember the basics!
